MyEligible is built to be accessible to as many Canadians as possible, including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. I aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and I continuously improve based on real user feedback.

• 링크 건너뛰기: 키보드 사용자는 기본 콘텐츠 랜드마크(#main)로 바로 이동할 수 있습니다.
• 랜드마크: 페이지는 탐색 보조 기능을 위해 머리글, 기본 및 바닥글 영역을 노출합니다.
• 언어를 변경하면 페이지 언어가 업데이트됩니다(HTML lang은 클라이언트측에서 동기화됨).
• 퀴즈: 답변 선택은 키보드 활성화 및 기본 컨트롤에 표시되는 포커스 스타일이 있는 기본 버튼을 사용합니다.
• 접근성 설정 패널: Escape를 누르면 닫힙니다. 열려 있는 동안 키보드 포커스는 패널 내부에 유지되고 닫히면 트리거로 돌아갑니다.
• 실행 계획: 확장 가능한 "게이트웨이" 컨트롤은 연결된 혜택을 위해 아리아 확장 및 관련 영역을 노출합니다.
• 혜택 카드: 타이틀 제목; 신뢰도 라벨에는 눈에 보이는 텍스트가 포함됩니다(색상만은 아님). 문서 목록은 aria-expanded로 전환됩니다.
• 모션: 장치 또는 브라우저가 "모션 감소"(모션 감소 선호)를 사용하면 애니메이션 및 전환이 줄어듭니다.

• I have not run automated contrast checks on every text style and edge case; primary surfaces are reviewed manually. Tell me if something is hard to read.
• I do not yet run scheduled testing with every screen reader and browser combination.
• PDF 보고서 다운로드가 비활성화되었습니다. 향후 내보내기에는 자체 접근성 검토가 필요합니다.
• Some benefit copy still mirrors dense government wording; I am simplifying it over time.

이메일 email mewith "Accessibility" in the subject line (or describe the barrier in the subject). I take these reports seriously and aim to reply within a few business days.

I treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as my design target. Meeting it fully on a living product requires ongoing audits; this page states what I verified in development rather than claiming blanket certification.
