It offers practical guidance and links to official sources. It does not confirm eligibility.

A worker can go through a quiz, calculator or guide with someone, review possible supports, and find the official application or contact.
Share MyEligible with your community
Share it in a newsletter, a resource list, an email, a printed handout or on a website. Ordinary sharing does not need an account or an agreement.

Someone can't work because of illness
A person who has stopped working because of illness can look at income supports, see which circumstances matter, and find the official application or contact. What applies depends on their situation.

A person can look at public medication coverage, see the difference between being enrolled in a plan and a drug being listed, and find the official program page. Coverage still depends on the plan and the drug.

Privacy and accounts
Where the information comes from
Program rules and amounts come from official government and agency sources. MyEligible currently describes 1317+ programs, with local detail for 230 municipalities. Depth varies by community. Each program lists a last-reviewed date on the sources page. Government rules change. Confirm amounts and eligibility on the official page before someone applies.
What estimates can and cannot do
Results are estimates. MyEligible does not confirm eligibility and does not give legal, tax or immigration advice. Only the program administrator can make that decision.
Independence and funding
The public service is free for individuals. There is no advertising and no paid placement. An organization cannot pay to change which supports appear or how an estimate is made, and cannot receive someone's quiz answers through the public site. MyEligible is independent and is not a government service. See About MyEligible.
Common questions
Is MyEligible free?
Yes. People do not pay to use MyEligible, and they do not need an account.
Do people need an account?
No. The quiz, calculators and guides work without signing in. Quiz answers stay in that browser tab's session storage until the tab is closed. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can staff use it during an appointment?
Yes. A worker can sit with someone and go through a quiz, calculator or guide on a shared screen. No staff login is required. See the guide for settlement workers for a practical workflow and privacy notes.
Does it determine eligibility?
No. MyEligible shows information and estimates. It does not decide eligibility and it does not replace professional advice. Only the responsible agency can confirm eligibility.
Can we put a link on our website?
Yes. You can link to MyEligible from a website, a resource list, a poster or a newsletter. Use the materials above. Ordinary sharing does not need an account or an agreement.
